The communal pool is less than one minute walk from the property.

The property is approached via a locked gate, up a couple of steps. It is built on one level, with an entrance hall, modern kitchen, a large lounge / dining room with two sets of double doors to the private terrace. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double both have doors opening onto the terrace. The master bedroom has the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom. The communal pool is very close by and within this private development, only a few steps away. The property is well furnished and is a great location, slightly elevated with far reaching views to Nerja and the sea and very close to Burriana beach.
