As this penthouse is located in the centre of Nerja, a car is not necessary (but underground parking available). The property is located on the top / third floor and can be accessed via steps or a lift. The living accommodation is on one level and the private roof terrace is accessed via an internal staircase. A separate modern fully equipped kitchen is found to the left as you enter the property. The lounge and dining room are open plan.
